QA Lead
Experience – 3 – 5 Years

Responsibilities:
1. Understanding the client requirements and identifying the High Level Test Scenarios, and Test cases to perform End to End testing.
2. Should have Knowledge in Retail Domain.
3. Reviewing the detailed level test cases and prioritizing the test cases.
4. Updating Traceability matrix, test execution and test result analysis.
5. Managing and coordinating the team.
6. Implementing and maintaining the project processes
7• Designed and developed Test Plans, Test Scripts and Validation Scripts and Reviewed test cases and other testing artifacts created by other team members for completeness and accuracy •
8. Identify the usage of automation testing in the Enterprise Applications which are subjected to change either because of maintenance or project Go-Live.
9. Involved in the Database Testing to check data was Consistent and in testing Data Quality, Foreign Key and Primary key constraint violations. •Perform Server side testing to verify Contradicting Data Valves.
10. Develop QA plan and execute to that plan while closely working with development and product management.
11. Prepare test cases, execute test cases.
12. Defect logging and verification. Ability to log clear and concise defect and follow-up with Dev/PS till closure.
13. Constantly monitoring escalations, bugs reported and performing root cause analysis.
14. Recreating customer scenarios and work to resolve escalations that arise from the field/Product Support.
15. Participate in requirements analysis and design phases to provide valuable input in development process.
16. Participate in technical discussions within the team and with other groups within Business Units associated with specified projects
17. Willing to work on additional tasks and responsibilities that will contribute towards team, department and company goals
18. Provide guidance and mentoring to more junior engineers
